1. Use of the App

The App provides AI-generated baby images, similarity comparisons, age progression, and related visual outputs. The results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered scientific or factual.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use your own photos or photos you are legally allowed to upload.
  • Not upload any content that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or violates privacy rights.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the App's technology.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Refunds are handled directly by the respective app store.

4. Image Processing

Uploaded images are processed through AI systems to generate results. The App does not use these images for training or sharing unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, UI, graphics, and generated results are the property of the App and its developers. Users may save or share their generated images for personal use only.

6. Disclaimer

  • AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
  • The App is not responsible for decisions made based on generated images.
  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
