The App collects facial images (photos) that users voluntarily upload to use AI-powered features.

1.3 Payments

All subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment or billing information.

Facial images are used only to provide requested app features, including:

  • Parent–baby similarity comparisons
  • Visual and artistic effects

Face data is not used for:

  • Facial recognition

All processing is user-initiated and feature-specific.

3. Face Data Storage & Sharing

3.1 Storage

  • Facial images are processed temporarily.
  • Images may be handled in memory or stored briefly on secure servers for generation only.
  • We do not maintain a facial image database.

3.2 Sharing

  • Face data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
  • Images may be transmitted only to secure AI processing services strictly to generate requested results.
  • Third parties are prohibited from using face data for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

  • Facial images are retained only for the duration required to generate results.
  • Uploaded images are automatically deleted after processing.
  • Generated images remain only on the user's device unless deleted by the user.
  • We do not retain face data longer than necessary.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
